The board-certified practitioners previously with Crown Point OB/GYN have joined the Franciscan Physician Network. This new addition aims to broaden the network's obstetric and gynecologic services, catering to women from their teenage years through post-menopausal stages.
The Crown Point practice team includes board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners, specifically Nicole Cataldi, DO; Mary Eileen McCormack, DO; Amy Marciniak, NP; and Abigail Reardon, NP.
Dr. Cataldi completed her education at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her areas of clinical interest include general obstetrics, menopause, perimenopause, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and pelvic pain/endometriosis treatment.
Dr. McCormack, who also attended Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and finished her residency at Cook County Hospital, is focused on adolescent medicine, high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgeries, and post-menopausal care.
Nurse Practitioner Marciniak holds a Master of Science in nursing from Purdue University Northwest and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her clinical focus is on preventative care, wellness, and women's health.
Nurse Practitioner Reardon received her Master of Science in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University, with a Bachelor of Science from Saint Mary's College. Her expertise covers lactation counseling and support, preventative care, thyroid disorders, and women's health.
