Dr. Kumari Singh, a board-certified family medicine provider, has relocated to the Franciscan Physician Network Glendale Health Center in Valparaiso. Patients with existing appointments have been moved to this new location to maintain continuity of care.
Dr. Singh completed her medical education at Windsor University School of Medicine in St. Kitts and Nevis and her residency at the University of North Dakota Bismarck. Her clinical focus areas include type II diabetes, hypertension, geriatrics, women's health, and pediatrics. Dr. Singh is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
