Franciscan Health’s Social Impact Partnership Program (SIPP) is set to begin accepting applications to support healthcare-related initiatives for nonprofit organizations in at-risk communities. The application window will be open from May 5 to May 30, with successful partners announced in mid-July.

Eligible organizations can request up to $10,000 in financial support by submitting an online application starting on May 5, 2025. The initiative aims to assist populations in need, aligning with Franciscan’s mission of supporting those affected by systemic racism, refugees, immigrants, at-risk youth, and others affected by inadequate societal supports. The focus areas include chronic disease prevention and management, healthy relationships, and mental wellness.

Selected organizations will attend an introductory session on July 31 and are required to participate in regular check-ins, as well as submit progress reports at six-month and one-year intervals. These actions are mandatory for further funding consideration.

An informational session detailing the SIPP and the funding process is scheduled for Thursday, May 1, from 9-10 a.m. Central / 10-11 a.m. Eastern, accessible via an online meeting.

Inquiries about the program or application assistance can be directed to Danielle Crowder, Franciscan Health Community Health Improvement Director, at Danielle.Crowder@franciscanalliance.org.
