Franciscan Health WorkingWell celebrates two decades of service

Franciscan Health WorkingWell is marking its 20th anniversary this year. The program, which offers occupational health services to businesses and industries, was first introduced by Franciscan in June 2005 as a regional initiative. Since then, it has expanded to include 18 offices across northwest Indiana, central Indiana, western Indiana, and the south Chicago suburbs.

The program focuses on providing an efficient continuum of care with better case management and a unified team of healthcare professionals tailored to meet companies' healthcare needs. Tim Ross, director of employer solutions at Franciscan Health, stated: "We are very proud to have reached 20 years with the Franciscan WorkingWell program. A lot of hard work has gone into the program and a lot has changed over the last two decades. We continue to grow, adapt and evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of businesses and industry in terms of employee health and well-being."

Franciscan WorkingWell offers various services including physicals, drug and alcohol screening, vaccinations and immunizations, injury treatment, injury prevention programs, and fitness for duty evaluations. It provides a comprehensive occupational health network aimed at controlling medical costs while keeping employees healthy.

Additionally, many WorkingWell locations have incorporated Franciscan ExpressCare services which cater to common illnesses and minor urgent care injuries for both adults and children without requiring appointments.
