Ahmed Shim, MD, has joined the Franciscan Physician Network Indiana Heart Physicians and is now accepting new patients. Dr. Shim specializes in electrophysiology and is part of a team providing care in Indianapolis, Greenwood, Mooresville, Columbus, Shelbyville, Greensburg, and Greencastle.
Dr. Shim is board-certified and received his medical degree from the Medical University of Lodz in Poland. He completed his residency at Woodhull Medical Center at New York University Langone in Brooklyn, New York. His fellowship in cardiology was completed at SUNY Downstate University Hospital in Brooklyn, followed by a fellowship in electrophysiology at the University of Illinois Chicago.
Dr. Shim has been widely published in professional medical journals.
