Franciscan Health Lafayette East has been recognized as one of America's 250 Best Hospitals for 2025 by Healthgrades, a leading site used by Americans to search for doctors and hospitals. This accolade places the hospital in the top 5% nationwide for clinical performance.

The selection of Franciscan Health Lafayette East was based on patient outcomes. Healthgrades evaluated risk-adjusted mortality and complication rates across more than 30 common conditions and procedures at about 4,500 hospitals. Their analysis highlights significant disparities between high-performing and low-performing hospitals.
