Franciscan Wheatfield Health Center in Wheatfield, Indiana, is set to offer sports physicals for students this summer. The appointments are scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, Wednesday, June 25, 2025, and Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Each session will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central time.
Students attending the physicals should bring their immunization records and any necessary physical forms to the appointment. It is important to note that immunizations will not be provided during these sessions.
The cost of each physical is $35, which can be paid by check or credit card.
